We use specialized, ventilated eco-friendly packaging designed to keep plants secure and hydrated during transit. Our boxes are crash-tested to ensure your greenery arrives in pristine condition.
What happens if my plant arrives damaged?
We offer a 'Guaranteed Replacement' policy. If your plant arrives in poor health or damaged, simply share a photo with our support team within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.
Do you provide care instructions for the plants?
Yes, every plant comes with a detailed care card. Additionally, you can access comprehensive digital guides on watering, sunlight, and soil requirements for every species on our website.
How long does shipping usually take?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days to ensure the plant spends minimal time in transit.
Are the pots included with the plants?
Most of our plants come in standard nursery pots. However, we offer a wide range of premium ceramic, plastic, and terracotta planters that you can add to your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
