  Log into your Ugaoo account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the items you wish to return within 7 days of delivery.

  For damaged plants or pots, please upload clear photos of the product and the original packaging to help our team verify the issue.

  Quality Check

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup; ensure the items are in their original condition and packaging for the inspection.

  Instant Refund

  After the quality check is completed at our warehouse, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
